Please don't include medical, treatment, criminal-record or other sensitive details in the contact form or in email. If they are relevant to your housing inquiry, we'll discuss them with you privately.

- To reply to your inquiry, answer questions and arrange visits.
- To contact you by phone or email about your inquiry, and by text message only if you agreed to it.
- To keep this website secure and working properly.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only:

Residents' privacy

How long we keep it
We keep inquiry messages only as long as needed to respond and for reasonable record-keeping, then delete them.
